What is Rapid
Resolution Therapy®?

Q: What kinds of issues does Rapid Resolution Therapy® help resolve?

A: Honestly, this answer could go on for quite a while as I think the boundaries for what RRT is best suited to clear can be a little fuzzy. I will say that I have personally seen a lot of success with clearing:

  • Anxiety, fear, and panic. These may manifest generally, socially, relationally, or in response to specific environments.

  • Trauma of any sort that seems to be causing mental, emotional, or behavioral issues in the present.

  • Guilt, shame, resentment, and anger. This may be in response to current or past events or dynamics.

  • General feelings of dissatisfaction. These may be toward oneself, current life circumstances, or the choices of people in your life.

Q: What is discussed in a consultation?

A: A consultation is a great place to break the ice, assess for personality fit if that is something that is meaningful to you, and generally get any questions in before commiting to a full session. We can briefly discuss what has been concerning for you and assess whether RRT with me would be the best approach.

Q: What can I expect in an RRT session?

A: A beautiful thing about Rapid Resolution Therapy® is its ability to creatively target each client's unique intentions. This means that not every RRT session looks the same and makes answering this question a little tricky! Some things that one could expect would be Meg gathering information that will be helpful in crafting the intention for your session followed by physical processes, stories, metaphors, and guided imagery that engage the subconscious mind in shifting thought patterns from the inside out. My favorite quote from a client after a session of RRT is: "I thought it was all really weird...until it worked."

Q: How many sessions of RRT should I do and how far apart?

A: Clients often experience a significant shift with just one session, though I personally recommend 2-3 sessions for the deepest transformations. Even after a lot of relief, there are often things that can be tuned up and cleared more thoroughly with a little more time. As for frequency of sessions, the most common timing between initial sessions is 1-3 weeks. Though many clients will return years or months after their initial session(s) when and if they notice something different pop up that they'd like to have cleared.

Q: What age is too young for RRT?

A: Due to the vast range of maturity, attention span, and capacity for abstract thinking in children, I cannot make a hard and fast rule on how young is too young. The youngest I typically see RRT being a good fit for, especially virtually, is about 8 or 9. This is one reason I do consultations for every minor I meet with, to assess their readiness for something like this. I have met with children as young as 5 before virtually, though a parent did sit in to help keep them on track.

Q: How much does a 90-minute session cost?

A: I charge $225 per 90-minute RRT session. For those that feel a session with me would be extremely beneficial but are currently in a season of life that cannot afford this rate, please talk to me about my pro bono work in a consultation.

Q: What is the ideal client for Meg Stephens?

A: My ideal client is someone who is deeply motivated to see change in their present experience of life and would prefer for that change to take place with as much humor, creativity, and efficiency as possible.
